Samantha Cole

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Samantha graduated from Case Western Reserve with a Bachelors in Nursing. She then spent the next 19 years in Labor & Delivery at University Hospitals, Medina General Hospital, and Lake West Hospital. She continued her education by obtaining her Masters at Ohio University and has been working at CVS MinuteClinic for the last 7 years. Samantha is also an active member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who comes to the team with a lot of knowledge. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her husband & 5 children, lounging by the pool and traveling. Samantha is currently running our Semaglutide Weight Loss Clinic and cannot wait to meet you!
